電源(PSU)ボックスのFANを80mmサイズに変更するためのカバーです。
8025や8010など80mmサイズのFANを使うことにより静音化&amp;風量を増加させることが出来ます。
インフィル形状を生かした吸気効率のよいケースとなっています。
KP3Sの電源ボックス用に設計しましたが、他の電源ボックスに利用することも出来ると思います。(固定ビス穴位置を要確認！)
12V FANを使用する場合のDC/DCコンバーター(LM2596)の固定にはM3×5ビスを使用して下さい！

注意
KP3Sでの造形は出来ません。
造形エリアが195mm以上ある機種で出力させて下さい！

スライサーは以下を設定して下さい！
・ウォールライン数 4以上
・上部レイヤー&amp;底面レイヤー数を0
・インフィル密度 55%前後
・インフィルパターンをトライアングルまたはトライヘキサゴンに設定(写真のものはトライヘキサゴンで作成)
・サポート(ビルドプレートにタッチを選択)

また、使用するフィラメントのメーカーによりスプールの溝部分の寸法が若干異なるので数パターン用意しています。
基本的にスタンダードVerで問題ないかと思いますが、SUNLUとCreality 3Dのフィラメントをお使いの方はこのスプールにフィットするバージョンが使いやすいかと思います。
