Mini Turntable (100mm lazy susan)

This model is restricted by licensing terms.

This is a fun mini turntable or coffee mug Lazy Susan. It is 100mm in diameter and uses conical bearings to allow it to freely spin. Everything snaps together.

100% printed - no hardware, fasteners, or adhesives required. No additional support is required. Optionally you can add stick-on rubber feet to reduce slipping.

Print Settings:

Material = PLA or ABS, PETG is too soft for the bearings.
Nozzle = 0.4mm Layer height = 0.2mm Line width = 0.4mm Wall count = 4 (1.6mm) Infill = 40% Ironing = ON (recommended but not critical)

Commercial Licensing is available through my logicalplanet Memberships here on Thangs. I will customize and provide commercial support to members on request.

I am committed to helping everyone get great print results to the extent I can so please contact me if you are having issues I enjoy trying to help resolve those challenges. I welcome requests, suggestions and ideas to help make this and all my products better. Please send me a message any time.

I've just gotten into using an airbrush with my pottery, and was looking for a simple turntable.

Tada!

At first I thought I'd need to rubberize the bottom to keep it from sliding around. But once I put someone on it, it stayed put.

Hi, still a newbie. I have printed two of these, but they don’t snap together. When I go to move them, the top comes away easily. I followed your pdf settings…..any advice? BTW love the innovation and associated videos. Thank you

Hi, I am a bit of a newbie. You can tell by the two attempts I have made. Excellent design, love your work and associated videos. Neither of the models I have printed snap together, so when I go to move them, the top just comes away. Any suggestions? I did follow your pdf settings

Hi, don't worry, we have all been newbies and all know the frustrations. I am happy to help. If you email me at logicalplanet3d gmail.com I can probably be more helpful. In general, if the top and the bottom parts are not holding together, you are likely under-extruding. What printer are you using?
