This is a super slim and efficient Hemera mount for the CR-10 3D printer that works with the standard V6 heater block AND the volcano heater block, the top mounting hole is for V6 and the lower hole is for the Volcano. the mount is extremely thin and compact and holds your cable gland as well. it also has a bumper to reach the x axis limit switch.

you may have to slide your y axis limit switch a bit forward or backwards depending on your nozzle position so it lines up with your buildplate.

assembly instructions

  1. place a nut in one of the 2 nut holes on the front of the plate depending on the heaterblock you are using (top hole for standard heater block, lower hole for volcano)

  2. hold the printed plate against the back face of your stepper motor and align the 2 screw holes with the 2 holes on the stepper motor and screw it together.

  3. press it onto the CR-10 hotend mounting plate on your x-axis (there is an alignment hole in the print so it will fit exactly in the low or high position depending on your heaterblock)

  4. insert a screw from the back of the metal hotend plate screwing into the print. this screw will thread into the nut you put inside the nut slot in step 1 and it will lock the extruder in place.
