This is an improved version of this thing I modified the air channel from the fan to the heatsink. It is a bit wider on the left and more then a bit on the right. The asymetrical setup is done as I want it to fit between the heatsink (of course) and this BLTouch support. The original version of the shroud works fine, but I wanted to reduce the resistance in the airchannel through the heatsink while still keeping the flex for easy removal/installation and keeping the Volcano completely accessible for nozzle changes. The holes for the screws are made to cut M3 thread in it or to use self-cutting plastic screws. Of course you can use a 3mm drill ....
Works out perfectly :). I've printed it in Polycarbonate (see pictures) and it has enough flex to be easily removed and enough bite and support to stay nicely in place.
Print settings used : 0,6mm nozzle, 0,32mm layers, support needed (but not that much) I've printed it in ABS @240°C with bed @110°C and PC @310°C with bed @125°C
