I created this clip to mount the new 10W laser module board to the stepper motor stand-off posts - compatible on both the Aufero Laser 1 and 2 machines. This has a clean and ridged mount to the side of the stepper motor. 

Install instructions:
1. Slide the board into the 'W' shape side with holes at top of stepper motor (avoid pushing to clip due to breakage) 
2. Hook one side of the c clip to one stepper motor and press until the clip snaps onto the adjacent post. 

Print instructions:
Avoid a brim if possible
Print at 50% infill or more
PLA compatible.

Here is my 4th axis dual drive 3D printed CNC build. This is a durable build and can fit up to a 80mm diameter spindle (such as the 2.2kw spindle). Ensure that you use a spindle that can maintain cool conditions such a water cooled spindle. 

I have also include a few extra components such as a belt drive adaption parts, however no end brackets included for a belt drive CNC machine.

These parts are available for tinkerers who are up for the challenge, however unfortunately I cant supply build instructions at this stage. The build is reasonably straight forward and requires the following components to build.

Addition components:
1. 8mm Lead screw (choose your length. This will be just short of the steel bar required).

Electronics: 
Unfortunately this will be up to your experience and ability. Any grbl or mach3 electronics will be sufficient for the build.

This can be turned into a traditional 3axis CNC if you wish.... Just need some imagination and poking around online to find required parts.

I will not be able to offer build advice, however if there are any major issues with files, feel free to contact me to amend. 

I suggest printing with a 70% infill all parts to ensure rigidity and strength. 

CNC cut files:
Please be aware that this was initially made with 12mm MDF for the end structure and electronic box. You will need to update tab and slots if you want to use another thickness material.

I purchases a cheap chinese dust collector and realised that my vacuum hose are only 35mm and needed 50mm! So here are my quick fixes for various hose conversions including direct thread to 50mm converter. 
As always, absolutely no supports needed. Print with thick walls and 40% infill. Designed in fusion 360.

They fit like a glove!

I created this cord guide because I found the rubber guide on my Makita clone router was getting in the way on my CNC machine. Please remember to install this with safety first! Please unplug the router before you install. 

Print Instructions:
I have designed this so that there is no need for supports. I printed on my ender 3 with fine print settings so there was control in detailed areas. Should only take 25mins print max per file. Print in the orientation of stl files. 

Install instructions:
1. After printing the right and left bracket, unscrew four screws from the bottom side of router near head unit and remove the rubber guide. 
2. clamp the 3D printed guides around cable and slot into case or router. 
3. Using a small zip tie, secure tighly before re-installing the outer case.

The 65mm spindle mount for the MPCNC made for a Makita spindle/router. I have designed this part to be closer to the centre of the gantry gravity and in increase milling stability. I have also included easy to install holes to attach to 4mm hole tool mount. 
No supports needed to print mount. Printed and tested on an Ender 3 using PLA with 50% infill (about a 13hr print). 9 x 20mm M4 screws and lock nuts needed for instalment. 
Check clearance on bolt head behind router as they may need to be ground back slightly. 

Dust shoe in work in progress for this mount.

Here is my 65mm Spindle mount/bracket for the MPCNC. This was made for the 1.5kw spindle and holds VERY well and secure. Designed with cooling channels and two screws for tool adapters for example the pen mount also included. Insure to install hex head screws before adding spindle. 

The Pen mount can mount a horizontal item for creative mounting as well as the traditional vertical mount for pens ect. 

NOTE: This is not for palm routers with wide head. The design is too close to rails for a palm router.... only use for spindles.

Here is the Koala Vacuume attached for the MPCNC. This is made for saving pace on the MPCNC and allowing a rear vacuume placement allowing for ease of use on the MPCNC. 

Instructions:
- NO SUPPORTS NEEDED! 
- Print parts and ensure no gaps or extrusion issues - Two versions of L tube for different height machines.

- use a deberrer to thin down corners if fitting it too tight.

80mm spindle mount for the MPCNC. This is intended to be used with a water cooled 2.2KW spindle with a 25mm conduit MPCNC. Not sure if this is compatible with other sized makes. 

This has not yet been tested!!! 
Please give feedback if any issues. The rear baring bolts might need to be ground back to allow for movement on z axis.

A vacuum mount will also be added later.

X & Y limit switch housings for the workbee CNC for the mini micro limit switch SPDT. Two 10mm or 15mm M3/M2 (Check your mirco switch hole diameter) screw to fit switch to housing. 1 x M4 15mm screw with nut to attach housing to workbee frame. You might not require nut if thread attaches to housing securely. if using nut, glue to inside prior to installing. 

How to 3D print: 
- 50% infill
- Face limit switch side upright.

These brackets are made for the MPCNC to suspend all wires and cable chain to clear table top and allow large pieces of material to be used on the machine. Thanks for downloading my Diamond drag engraver 3D printable holder. This can be mounted to any 3axis CNC, 3D printer or robot to insert a 3.175mm diamond engraving bit.

you will need to clean out the hole for the engraving bit to inserted. Please ensure that it has a very tight tollerence, otherwise the bit will move as you engrave and impact final result.

When Printing:
Please ensure that you print on high quality resolution (0.12 layer height if possible) to ensure the the threads print correctly.
