Thank you Hiob for your post. I took your idea and created a new designet variant of it.

I used 12V "YourLED Eco Basic" by Paulmann and some electronic stuff for the switch. I chose 12V because I can connect the LED-Light also with the power adapter of the printer.

But I read many post, that the power adapter of the Mega X is sometimes a little weak. So I preferred to connect it with the normal power connection.

I also created little connectors at the profiles ends to be sure that the profiles are at the right place.
