1:144 Morane-Saulnier Type H
This is a 1:144 scale model of an unarmed single-seat Morane-Saulnier Type H. Since many painters choose their own mounting system, no peg is included on the plane. Pegs can be purchased separately in the Accessories section of this catalog.
The Morane-Saulnier Type H was a somewhat smaller, single-seat version of the Type G, with an 80hp 9-cylinder Le Rhône engine. A couple dozen were built for Aviation Militaire, and another 24 were built by Grahame-White for Britain. While their non-trainer service lifetime was brief, they did serve in small numbers in several units until they could be replaced with better models. They were also license-built by Germany and served as the basis of the Pfalz monoplanes.
The V.V. Slyusarenko Aviation Company of Petrograd produced twenty-eight Mos.H's for Russia.
