This is just a simple foot for the Ikea Alex line of drawers. It screws onto the bottom of the cabinet in place of the Casters the drawers come with.
A hole in the end of the foot is designed to accept 1/4"-20 Heat Inserts for a threaded adjustable foot design. I decided I didn't need that, but the option is there.
