Drain Cleanout Cover

This covers the plumbing utility that gives access to the drain pipes.

I believe it is a code to have access to this cleanout port but the port itself is not nice looking and is often located in plain view.

The cover base fixes to the wall and the lid slips over to cover the nasty looking pipe.
