This great circular saw has only one weakness: no dust collection port. Today we fix that.
Prints with no supports needed. If you print with 0.3 layer height and 0.6 wall width, you can get a solid part with 2 outer walls right up against 2 inner walls, giving you a 2.4 thick plastic part that prints the quickest and is the strongest. By the way, in those settings, assuming you are printing with a 0.4 diameter nozzle, you would have it emulating a 0.6 nozzle.
Hardware / non-printed materials:
• Three (3) Screws, M4 x 8mm, and matching M4 nuts • CA glue • Loctite 243 Blue Medium Strength Threadlocker
3D-printed items • In addition to the two STL files in this 'thing' — in the video I also mentioned my other reducer for my Ryobi Table Saw. Here's that link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5215852
Variable torque tool used in video BLACK+DECKER Electric Drill, 3/8-Inch, 4-Amp (BDEDMT)
