I needed to be able to print out a SNES (Super Nintendo) cartridge board and the associated pins. I couldn't find any accurate measurements online, so I found a broken cartridge opened it up and modeled this from it. The pins on the real cartridge are only 7mm long, mine are 15mm because I have a need for the pins to be longer. Hopefully this will help someone wo may have a similar need. 

I have a MMU printer, so I will print it all in one piece.

I designed a new pull handle for the pull string for the attic stairs. 

But It can be used for just about anything that needs a new pull handle. The pull string will slide right through, then tied into a knot.

I couldn't find ANY keystone jacks that had been designed for a Coax (Cable TV F-Type) coupler. I knew I could buy them at the hardware store for a couple bucks, but you can 3D print one for pennies. So I decided to design one. Hope this helps someone else in need like I once was.

Notes: you can print it on it's side to print without supports.

Remixed the original to remove the logo and the Ledge for the watch. (When you have a watch case it interferes, and the magnet is strong enough to hold the watch anyway.)
Also removed the AirPod Charging slot since I do not have any nor plan to have any.

I made this a couple of years ago as many companies were starting to issue RSA tokens, and we needed a goo place to keep them, but didn't want them constantly knocking against our company IDs, or lose them somewhere along the way. I've made my money on the design, so it's time to open source them to the community. As per the license, you may not sell these without my permission. (I may grant permission based on the circumstances) 

I've made a number of improvements over the years. I have 2 main versions: One with rounded corners, one with square corners.  Then each of those versions has an option that holds 1, 2 or 3 Cards. (ID-1 size cards) I made it so your ID doesn't have to have the punch out at the top to be able to use. The multi card versions have have an internal divider as theoretically, the front facing card wouldn't be getting removed, but any cards in the rear probably would be. They also have a thumb slot to slide the additional cards out without having to remove the front facing card.

I've seen plenty of Dallas Cowboy Star logos, but none of them looked that great, when you have the ability to print out the different colors all at once with a dual extruder or multi-material printer.

Just assemble the 3 parts centered on your build plate and choose the Blue for the outer and inner parts, and white for the middle part.

It prints to ~8in, just scale to your desired size.

We have a little whale cover for our bathtub spout to protect baby from hurting themselves if they bump their head on it. Problem is my fat fingers can't pull up the diverter knob anymore, so I made this quick simple thing to slide under the diverter pull knob and be able to pull up on the tab instead of trying to dig the knob out of the whale blowhole.

After a few days, I did a re-design and made a new version. The first issue was I found I still didn't make the pull tab tall enough, so it was still a little difficult for me to pull it up; the second issue I found is that it was sometimes sliding out because I was pulling up at an angle from just one side. Enter version 2... This one is taller and comes up on 2 sides so that you are pulling up evenly on both sides. I also decided to bridge the gap between the 2 pulls to make it an assistive device should anyone find a need to pull up the diverter but is unable to grasp the knob. (It's also helpful for me too)

The original thingy is the little yellow tab in the photo.

As a traveling man, I've found myself in various states with toll roads, and not many of them honor passes from other states. And with many states moving to the "Sticker" type transponders instead of the boxy transponders, I found a problem... I cannot mount the sticker ones and leave them there and use another transponder when in another state. So I've developed a couple of different mounts to ease the pain. Hopefully they come in handy for others.

*The Portable Velcro Tag Suction Holder: This one is for those who have the EZPass or FasTrak transponders that come with Velcro attached. You simply mount the transponder to this (via the Velcro or other means) and attach 2 suction cups. (Mine are the ones with a 6mm slot)

*The Sticker Tag Velcro Holder: The one is if you have one of those new sticker type transponders. Simply stick the sticky part of the transponder to a clear bag, or to clear packing tape, then you can mount the sticker to this, and use your existing Velcro strips to swap this with a boxy transponder.

*The Sticker Tag Velcro Holder Flush: Is the same as above, but makes the sticker sit flush to the window for those a little more paranoid about the distance between the sticker and window.

*The Sticker Tag Suction Holder: Stick the sticker to something clear like above, then mount in this and add suction cups for a suction cup solution.

UPDATE! Apparently TxTag now makes half height sticker tags, so I made a new holder for those!

Like the author of the original that I re-mixed, I bought some PTFE Tubing kit, and the "M10" fittings that it came with were actually M9 threaded. 

I wanted to be able to mount the fittings onto the underside of my filament rack where I hang my actively printing filament, so I added some screw mounts and a chamfer for feeding the filament in. 


I have also uploaded a file without the screw mount portion per request so you can use what I've made into your own style mount.

I made this Photo frame for a wedding reception. You simply Glue the "years old" to the front bottom of the stand, and then you print out the desired age number and glue it to the top. The stand is made to fit a 4x6 laminated photo.

I had bought this UTAKER bed from Ikea: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/30360487/

Turns out the mattresses they displayed with it were about an inch too tall for the beds to properly stack, so I made these risers to fit between the beds to accommodate the added mattress heights. They have a side with a hole for the top beds peg to fit into, and a peg on the opposite side to fit into the bottom bed's hole for stability. I also gave them the same curvature as the bed legs to blend in ascetically. They give a 1.5" rise so you can comfortably accommodate a 6" mattress instead of a 5" mattress when stacked.

I printed them with 65% infill because I was paranoid about the sturdiness and support in case someone accidentally sat or jumped onto the stacked beds while I had the risers in there.

Since we all know it's in bad taste to mount our spools directly to the top of a printer frame (Since it intensifies defects from vibrations), I modeled some pieces to replace the spool holders at the top of the Formbot (AKA Vivedino) T-Rex 3 (also works for 2+) that allow you to continue to keep the cables managed and out of the way. 

I also included an additional hole for more proper mounting of the key ring for the strange T-Rex 3 "cable tensioners"

BUT I wanted something that would be much easier to print and not require supports. SO since I didn't care about the fin on the back to make it easier to remove, I shaved it off so the thing can print flat.
