As a traveling man, I've found myself in various states with toll roads, and not many of them honor passes from other states. And with many states moving to the "Sticker" type transponders instead of the boxy transponders, I found a problem... I cannot mount the sticker ones and leave them there and use another transponder when in another state. So I've developed a couple of different mounts to ease the pain. Hopefully they come in handy for others.
*The Portable Velcro Tag Suction Holder: This one is for those who have the EZPass or FasTrak transponders that come with Velcro attached. You simply mount the transponder to this (via the Velcro or other means) and attach 2 suction cups. (Mine are the ones with a 6mm slot)
*The Sticker Tag Velcro Holder: The one is if you have one of those new sticker type transponders. Simply stick the sticky part of the transponder to a clear bag, or to clear packing tape, then you can mount the sticker to this, and use your existing Velcro strips to swap this with a boxy transponder.
*The Sticker Tag Velcro Holder Flush: Is the same as above, but makes the sticker sit flush to the window for those a little more paranoid about the distance between the sticker and window.
*The Sticker Tag Suction Holder: Stick the sticker to something clear like above, then mount in this and add suction cups for a suction cup solution.
UPDATE! Apparently TxTag now makes half height sticker tags, so I made a new holder for those!
