Zonestar P802QR2 Y Axis Belt Tensioner
1.The unit is made up of 3 parts, a main body, tensioner and facia plate\washer.
2.You will require 4 x M3 x 20 mm long bolts with nuts (the nuts and bolts provided with the original kit work fine) and 1 x M5 x 20 mm long bolt and nut. The nuts should preferably be Nylocs.
3.The unit fastens to the frame by inserting 2 of the 20mm M3 bolts through the Zonestar Fretwork at the top of the N and the centre of the A so not to have to drill anything (see uploaded image).
4.I have included some breakaway support in the main body so that no additional support is required when printing.
5.The Zonestar Facia Plate prints best vertically so I have included a breakaway stability foot so the part does noty require a raft.
6.Printed with 4 wall perimeters and 30% infill @0.2 resolution.
7.I have included a blank facia plate for easy customisation.
