This is a dial caliper holder designed for the Ender 3 V2.
This holder was designed for my WEN 1" Dial Caliper. I found it on Amazon here: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HFV25M9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I'll bet this is the same measurements as the Harbor Freight caliper.
The dial caliper has a 9.5mm wide barrel and a 1" throw. This should fit 25mm throw gauges as well. Could fit others as well. You'll need to test. The back of the caliper has the mounting holder, so you'll need to remove that in order for it to fit in the holder. I made a replacement back for my dial caliper. You can find it here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4587564
I also modified Chuck Hellebuyck's (https://www.chepclub.com) G-Code for bed leveling, so that it now works with my dial calipers. Please note: The exact measurements for YOUR dial caliper will need to be entered in the G-Code. If you don't it could drag or bend your caliper arm. Modifying the G-Code is pretty easy. I suggest placing the holder on the hot end WITHOUT the caliper and do a test run.
I have included the G-Code to print the holder on the Ender 3 V2. I used PLA+ so the temperature is set to 210 C and the bed temp is set for 60 C. Again, easy enough to edit the G-Code for your preferred temperature. My G-Code also includes supports. In my testing the part didn't print well without them.
