What is your refund policy for orders?

As this is a custom produced product for you we do not typically accept refunds or returns. However, we offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If we’re unable to print your model due to technical limitations
  • If the item arrives damaged or with significant quality issues
  • Does not match the material specifications advertised
  • If the order was canceled before printing began

Refunds typically are processed by our support team within 3-5 business days, it can take up to 10 days for the refunds to appear in your account.
