Tackling AI Model Flooding

We heard your feedback: AI-generated models were starting to overwhelm the Thangs front page, therefore crowding out original work from our community.

To address this, our engineering team has introduced new anti-spam measures. Specifically, we’ve limited how many models from certain designers can appear on the landing page at once. This keeps the front page fresh, balanced, and a true reflection of the diverse creativity on Thangs — without drowning out the makers who put hours of effort into their designs.

We’ll continue to monitor and fine-tune these systems, and your feedback is highly appreciated! You can always find us on Discord.

Coming Soon! New & Improved Categories

We’ve been revamping the Thangs’ categories to make browsing smoother and more intuitive. The updated structure will better reflect the kinds of models our community is creating, while making it easier for everyone to find the exact models they’re looking for.
