I have overengineered a cable guide for my Direct Drive Ender 3 V2 setup. It uses the original Extruder Stepper Motor mount (42 x 42 mm) to guide the power cable to the hotend. The ball bearings allow the cables to follow any movement of the print head.
The cable guide works with other Creality 3D Printers as well.

The link for ball bearing does not match the size you reference.
What software did you use to model the cable management clamp? Would you be willing to share that file?
