The flap of your Denon AVR hangs wrong because the right hinge has thought "HAHA I'll break now"? You don't get a replacement hinge because it has been sold out for many years? Then you are lucky here. That is exactly what happened to my Denon. I didn't want to permanently look at the crooked mouth of my amplifier and quickly took my measuring slide, measured the part and created a 3D model. After a few tests and adjustments, I then had a precisely fitting hinge, which even eliminated the weak point of the original. Since I know that I am not the only one who has this "hinge problem", I have decided to upload it. As far as my information is correct, it fits in the following Denon models: AVCA11XV AVR2807 AVR3311 AVR3805 AVR3808 AVR4308 AVR4310 AVR4810 If you don't know how to change the hinge, ask me, i'll help you. Hi! It is waaaay easier than you might think ^^ Open up the front panel, insert a flat screwdriver in the slot above the hinge, move the screwdriver towards the receiver while pulling the flap towards you. Do with both sides et violà you just removed the complete front panel with both hinges in under 1 minute ;-) If my instruction's too hard to understand, i uploaded a picture...

Hi schnurrri, it's me again. My original hinge was glued back by me but unfortunately it is broken again and I do not think it can be re-glued again given the breaking point on the thin neck cannot handle any more twist and force. May I ask where I am able to get a same one like yours, the 3D printed hinge with exactl measurement to fit my AVR 3806? Cheers

Hello. I've found this website searching fot spare parts for my old AVR-4306 that has a broken hinge. Your model looks like the one used in my DENON device. Unfortunately, I do no have a 3D Printer... I wonder if it would be possible to order some left and right hinges directly from you. Can you print a set of 5 pices each (Left hinge and right hinge) in gray color (My AVR is silver) and send tehm to me? It would be great because it is hardly impossible to find this replacements anywhere. Please

Hi there I was trying to replace the broken hinge for my AVR-3806 but it seems to be mission impossible. Some screws are just not reachable to dismantle the front panel and access to replace the hinge. Any advice would be appreciated thanks!
