Brondell Swash Ecoseat S101 Knob Core
Recently as the result of a freak accident, the knob to my Brondell Swash Ecoseat broke. In a rush, I quickly printed off the first and only knob I found and used that temporarily. Alas, I found myself dissatisfied with the feel of the imposter knob and attempted to repair the old one. With that not working, I investigated the construction of the original, discovering that it was simply a metal ring glued to a plastic core with a sticker on top. So with some heat and gentle persuasion, I removed the metal ring, measured every inch of the plastic core, and made the copy I now present to you here.
instructions on regaining the familiar feel of the old knob are as follows:
- Remove the sticker from the face of the original (carefully, as the backing holds the color).
- Remove the metal ring from the original plastic core.
- Print the clone core.
- Replace the sticker, then the metal ring.
- Affix to your toilet and return to civilized life.

Can you say anything more specific about how you used heat to tease the metal and cosmetics off? That’s exactly what I was intending to do and would love to work from your learnings. 😁
I just used a hair dryer!
Oh this was exactly what I was looking for. Mine broke in the exact same shape but from regular use, must be a flawed design. I'll have to print one and see if I can do the same repair.
Thank you!
I would love to buy one please
I don't sell them directly but you could possibly find a 3d printing service to do it for you!
Where can I buy this part????

Good morning, We have broken the plastic portion of the wash control knobs of both our Brondell s101 ecoseats. Do you sell these parts? I can't find them listed with Brondell.
Thanks, Dave Van Winkle Springboro, Ohio
