Model originally uploaded to Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5516500.

Model has been moved to Printables.com:

I have a small workspace, the only way to neatly send the filament to the buffer/printer is through the shelf…

  • Drill a 4mm (or a bit more) through the shelf (use 3D piece as a guide can help)
  • Join the two pieces, upper and under with the PTFE tube
  • Check that filament pass through with minimum resistance
  • Screw 3D pieces in place
  • Voilà !

Design notes:

  • “upper” and "under" have different screw positioning so: Screws can be access via same side of the plank/shelf. Screw will not meet each other inside the wood plank.
  • Print without support @0.2mm layer
  • Very easy to screw the PC4m10 (from remix)

Hope it helps,
