Printing Printer Parts!

An updated version of my 40mm to 35mm Fan Adapter. This version has an angled design for clearance on my Ender 5 Plus when installing the Biqu H2 Direct Drive Extruder.

This is an adapter duct to mount a 40mm fan in place of a 35mm fan. It was specifically designed to work with the Biqu H2 Direct Drive Extruder but will work in other places (only uses 2 of the 35mm mounting holes though). Features internal fins to direct airflow and straighten the flow of air as well as a smooth duct interior for best flow.

I used this on my Ender 5 Plus with the Biqu (BigTreeTech) H2 extruder and a Noctua 40mm fan for a quieter fan operation.

• PRINT PARAMETERS:
  • No Supports Required
  • 3 Perimeters Recommended (Thread holes)
  • 25%+ Infill (I used Rectilinear)

Mine were printed in GreenGate3D "BubbleGum Pink"
