Master Sword (Full Scale)
What makes this Master Sword special is that it’s designed for easy full color 3D printing and assembly regardless of how its printed and it doesn’t require supports. The handle is slightly larger in diameter and shorter in length to maintain strength as its designed to be fully 3D printed. Its total length is still pretty close to real life at 40”(1m). There are different size and printing options depending on the volume of your printer.
This the full scale version of the sword, but there is also a Mini version for smaller printers. The full version has either a single blade if you have a 600mm printer, or a split blade for 315mm. If you only have a 250mm printer, there is a version of the blade split into three. Otherwise, there is always the Mini version.
There are two methods of printing the hilt. The multi-color version where all the colors can be printed at once using a MMU, AMS, Tool Changer, ext… The multi-part version is printed separately and is glued together. I used Starbond Medium CA Glue (aff.)
Printed on the Prusa XL(aff.) with Polymaker Metallic Pro PLA Total weight is around 600g.

Hey! How hard would it be to split the blade into 3 pieces for a Bambu H2D printer? They are just a bit too big
Not hard at all because i already made it but forgot to update it. It should be there now.
Awesome. Thanks!
