Bracket - Mount Hose Below Siding At Foundation
Lift hose off ground, held against foundation below T111 siding.
I needed to run a garden hose against the side of my house and I wanted it off the ground / pavement. I have T1-11 wood siding and the foundation block/concrete wall is exposed below that. This bracket will screw into the wood siding and captures the hose, holding it against the house block/concrete wall, just below the siding.
It can be used every 2 feet or so depending on how much of a droop is visually acceptable in the house between brackets.
This bracket has 5mm holes for pan head screws. I think I used #8 or #10 stainless pan head screws. Hold the hose below the T1-11 siding and have the bracket grip the hose. Screw the bracket into the wood siding - vinyl siding should be acceptable as well though any angle may cause this bracket to not be perfectly vertical and may expand the gap that holds the hose.
Use/install at your own risk! You will be making holes in your house's siding. Understand that before use. Caulking those holes during the install may be a good idea to prevent or at least reduce the risk of wood rot over time.
Please comment below if you actually use this! Thank you
