Designed with ease of printing in mind, this Spike Roller utilizes fine points to effectively relax muscles and relieve pain. Tools like this offer a multitude of widely recognized benefits:

PRINTING GUIDELINES

Two sizes are included, each consisting of a handle and roller printed separately.

0.16mm layer height, 15% infill, 5 top and bottom layers, no supports required. 4 shells for the roller, and 6 for the handle when printing with PLA or PETG (you may want to print solid for a stiffer handle with more flexible materials)

Nozzle size will directly affect how pointy the spikes are. Designed for use with a 0.4mm nozzle, but other sizes should still work.

The handle can be stretched apart for assembly, simply pop the pins into either side of the roller. You can optionally apply some oil to the pins to improve rolling and reduce squeaking... regular cooking oil works fine.
