I designed this Quest 3 case in a bionic mech style. After extensive testing, it fits perfectly without obstructing any buttons or sensors. The ventilation ports are fully preserved, with sufficient clearance around heat-generating areas to ensure optimal cooling. The finished print weighs less than 70g, so it adds no noticeable weight while wearing. The top section is also sturdy, doubling as a convenient handle for easy carrying.

I’ve tested resin printing as well, adding a painted finish that turned out just as satisfying. However, please use flexible resin, as the clips require elasticity for proper functionality.

This case is fully compatible with the Elite Strap and BoboVR straps. The last two images showcase the resin-printed, painted case paired with a BoboVR strap.
