This is my sons insole to make him straight, has one leg longer than other due to spinal issues, they gave him one from orthopaedics, NHS with the experience and equipment, and they gave him a wedge of hard foam that looked like it had come out fo an amazon delivery box...

I designed one the right size, hes size 8 shoe, this fits in either shoe, and you can print it in TPU, i used a 12% gyroid infill to make it squishy unlike the hard foam rubbish the "professionals" made for him. Bout time the NHS bought some 3d printers i think.

Try scaling it for other shoe sizes.
