Duet 2 wifi case for a Prusa i3 clone. This case was drawn from scratch in Fusion 360 and was inspired from work done by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2812834 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3356858 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3789563
I have not printed this so have not tested for fit. Fusion360 file is included
The case is mounted to the printer from at 4 points, 2 at the near the bottom which go into the 3030 extrusion using t-nuts. The other 2 are on the right hand side of the case and will need a M3 bolt to screw into the vertical aluminium frame.
There is space for 40x10m fan at the bottom of the case, the lid is to be held on by M3 bolts going into brass inserts in the bottom section of the case. Update 09/02/2020 Added version 2 of the base with a 0.5mm clearance on the base for the lid.
Update 10/02/2020 added version 3 of the base stl with enlarged cable routing holes near the base of the case to allow routing of cables with plugs attached.
Update 11/02/2020 Old files removed and updated files added including .step files for base and lid. Additional cut out added to base to accommodate the frame end plate.
Update 22/02/2020 Added 2 holes to the right side of the cooling duct to allow easier fitting of the 2 bolts to vertical frame
