Saab OG 9-3 Shift Knob with H pattern

Modified from BrimmingIdeas' model to include a H pattern on the top as it's a legal requirement here in Australia 😅.

Other than that, just like the original, I had to print slightly oversize and use some mounting tape to hold it in place, it's just a temporary solution anyway.
