Developed in a Veteran-owned studio in Northern Colorado, this mount was engineered from the ground up in SolidWorks to solve the "perfect angle" struggle. This is not a generic scan; it is a high-precision mechanical assembly optimized for Bambu Lab hardware.

Personalized Nameplate Slot: The file includes the nameplate component. (Note: If using Bambu Studio, this is optimized in the text editor. If not, you may need experience with other slicer text tools to add your own custom name).

Slicer Optimized: This download is a .3mf project file. It comes pre-configured with the exact orientations and settings I use on my own Bambu Lab P1S/X1C fleet. Feel free to make your own adjustments as needed. Printers are not a one-size-fits-all tool.

Open the file directly in Bambu Studio or OrcaSlicer.

Review Settings: My engineered wall counts, infill patterns, and plate orientations will load automatically as the "Project Settings."

Multi-Plate Printing: This project is organized into 4 logical plates. I recommend printing them in order to ensure your tolerances are perfect before moving to the final assembly.

Customizing the Nameplate: Simply select the nameplate on Plate 3, right-click, and use the "Text Shape" tool to add your child's name before slicing!
