This is a full set for a complete overhaul for an Ender 3. Say 'Begone' to the horrific factory cable management, for a simple, yet elegant solution.

This is the culmination of months of rigours testing.

This part mounts to the front of the bed on and Ender 3 3D Printer (tested on an Ender 3 Pro) via the bed screw mounts.

**Components needed**

Silicon pastry brush (I sourced mine from [Woolworths Australia](https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/521878/essentials-pastry-brush-assorted))
M4 nuts * 4

**Installation instructions**

1. Install the tool tray according to its instructions
2. Remove the heated bed, being careful to stow all the screws
3. Remove glass from the top of the bed
4. Attach nuts to the bolts protruding from the bed on the front left, and both back bolts. Tighten them.
5. Place the part on the final, exposed screw with the nut trapped inside
6. Tighten
7. Cut the brush part off the pastry brush
8. Gently push in the pastry brush bristles into the holder, being careful not to snap it
9. Reassemble the 3D printer
10. 

**Gcode tuning**

Attached below is a link to my tool change script compatible with PrusaSlicer, and SuperSlicer. You will need to tune all of the values to suit your specific machine.

This is a 3D printable mechanism that utilises a standard microswitch, a cable tie, two m5 bolts, two m5 nuts, and a piece of string.

The string is connected to the end of the switch with a cable tie. When the lifter is stowed, the string is wrapped around the shield, and as it lifts up it unravels. This was used for FRC (first robotics team) [5985](https://www.thebluealliance.com/team/5985). This was used to detect when a climber had reached end of travel as an emergency stop procedure. Be aware that if the switch is not reset properly, it will remain tripped and the climber will not deploy.

This mount takes a Limelight 2/2+ and 2 servos and creates a robust pan/tilt mount for use with FRC Vision tracking.

**Assembly**

All parts either bolt together or in the case of the servo horns, they are either attached with double sided tape or small self tapping screws.

Limelight 2(+) Pan Tilt mount

This is a simple dock for 3.5/2.5" SATA drives. It utilises a SATA USB interface pulled out of a [Segate 4tb expansion drive](https://www.amazon.com.au/Seagate-Expansion-Desktop-External-STEB4000100/dp/B00TKFEE8K) (purchased at Officeworks AU). The board was attached via double sided tape to the dock, after a drive was inserted to get proper spacing. It then just took 4 generic rubber feet, and a few longish M3 bolts to secure the top to bottom.

This is a simple bed level test part that can be printed with dual extrusion. This also will serve as an offset calibration test.

This is a super simple bracket to adapt the stock display mount on a Ender 3 or similar machine. It should take at most 3hrs and ~15g to print, so is very simple. 

This design is not perfect. STEP file is included incase you want to modify it easily.

Have you ever had that time, when you have to work on your Hotend, but the extrusion keeps going down? Trying to insert your Bowden tube, but every time you put any force on your Hotend, it just descends. This problem stops now! This simple brace, stops it from going down while you are working on it. 2020 Extrusion Support

The main point of this remix, is to provide a stand for a Ford ST badge designed by LAMcDonald. It can display it on a shelf for maximum effect. Print 2, one for your keyring, and one for your stand. CAUTION: the ring part of it has been prone to snapping, so printing with 100% infilled is a requirement.

This mount is a bracket for a Limelight machine vision camera that can be tilted and adjusted to find the correct angle. Just put 2 M3 screws through the holes and fasten with star washers between them. This locks it in place. Be careful, as under high stress, it can crack. Fasten the limelight with 4 cable ties.

This is a mount for a Nema 17 stepper motor for an extruder for any printer with a 2020 extrusion. It mounts up the top next to the spool and uses 2 bolts and square/t-nuts. It does require an extended cable. This helps to improve the filament path on machines like the Ender 3, as it can reduce flow. You may need a longer PTFE tube.

This is a remixed extruder mount that supports common 'sandwich mount' style extruders, such as the E3D Titan. Secured with a M3 screw. If it is not secure enough, use a Tee nut (I have found a way to make a tee nut with a M3 nut, M3 washer, M5 fibre washer (sides trimmed), extrusion slot, bracket, bolt stack).
