Boom for the common photography lamp stand.

I used 1/2" curtain rod. The ball size on the stand is 14mm. SCAD files included for your customization.

You will need:
M3x 24 bolt and nut for the clamp. M3x10 bolt, washers and nut for the counterweight.

Fit bottle cap on counterweight piece and drill a 3mm hole in the middle of the cap. Screw head side goes into the piece and nut goes to the cap. Place washers on both ends. Screw tightly before gluing to the boom.
