2-Way Parametric Shelf Bracket

This is a Parametric Shelf Bracket that can be used in either a classic underneath the shelf style or as an over the shelf hanging down style bracket (see pics). The parameters that can be accessed in Fusion 360 are:

Board Thickness: How thick is the board you plan to put in the slot for use in the 'over' style. A lumber yard 1x6 will measure approximately 18.5mm by 140mm due to sanding and facing losses. Enter 19mm in this case for a snug fit around a 1x6.

Board Width: As above a 1x6 will measure approximately 140mm wide. A 1x8 would be 191mm etc. The supplied model fits a standard 1x6 at 140mm. 

Bracket Thickness: How thick do you want the perimeters of the bracket to be? I've chosen 5mm which works well. This measurement drives some other measurements  so tinker at your own risk.

Bracket Height: The length of the "other side" of the bracket when used as an overhanging bracket. Ideally this should be as close to the width of the board as possible given the available height of the bracket. 120mm for a 1x6 is a nice compromise for using in both directions.

Say hello to the GFpi, a 2x2x3/4 Gridfinity module that holds a Raspberry Pi Model 4. Now your Gridfinity system can surf the world wide web! Front and side I/O slots give you access for all your cool peripherals and doo-dads. 

The Case is 3/4 of a unit high, enough to give space for 4 integrated standoffs and room for the height of the I/O. It is still stack-able should you desire it stay tuned for a series of stacking ring spacers for Gridfinity to let you convert odd size units to match up on heights!

Print with 0.4 nozzle as some walls are thin enough that larger sizes would not slice correctly.

#Gridfinity Wire Spool Holder

This is a 4 unit wide by 1 unit deep by 1/4 unit high hook up wire spool holder. This is compatible with common wire hookup kits such as: [https://www.amazon.ca/CBAZYTM-Stranded-Gauge-Colors-Electrical/dp/B075M8DGYX/](url)

It will work with most common spool sizes, and uses a 6mm rod (as supplied with most kits). There are 6 threading holes at the front.

Contrary to Zach's instructions, I've been printing all my modules with a 0.8 nozzle, which seems to work just fine. The basket was printed with silver PLA at 75mm speed on an ender 3 pro with 0.8 nozzle and 0.32 layer height without support.

#Gridfinity Toy Brick Adapter

A 1 wide by 1 deep by 1/2 unit high "Generic Building Brick" adapter plate for Gridfinity. Proudly display all your special brand-agnostic little guys in the midst of all your gubbins and paraphernalia.

This was printed with an 0.4 nozzle, I'm not sure it is advisable to print with larger ones due to the extreme precision required for brick-and-stud blocks to correctly seat. Printing studs like these is a difficult task, and no 3d printers will have the same extrusion widths. Included are .STL files with the studs set to the proper 4.8mm size and also the 5.05(!) I had to export for my under extruding machine to make something snap-able. Also included is the Fusion 360 archive, edit the sketch Studs and change the top left stud diameter and the rest will follow as they are an array. A 1x2 test plate archive is also included so you can dial in the stud size without wasting filament.

 A 1 wide by 2 deep by 1/2 unit high USB thumb drive and SD card holder on a weighted base plate.

This item was printed with silver PLA at 75mm speed on an ender 3 pro with 0.8 nozzle and 0.32 layer height without support. The holder has slots for 4 USB Devices, 6 Standard SD cards and 6 Micro SD cards. The Standard slots are capable of holding 2 Memory Stick Duo's for all you PSP fans and even xD cards for you retro Fujifilm camera users. Tolerances are loose to allow the model to be printed easier on poorly configured printers that over extrude.

 A 2 wide by 2 deep by 2 unit high basket with a hex mesh grid. I use this to store about 25 misc pens on a weighted base plate.
