DESIGN DESCRIPTION🛸👽🚀

This pack started out relatively simple and has evolved into one of my FAVORITE packs yet as we have explored adding some new variety to our clickers! This started as a simple clicky UFO and Rocket (in 2D and 3D variants), but now includes a spiny & clicky UFO, and a clicky Rocket with collapsible flame! I seriously spent hours playing with this rocket this weekend and can't decide if I like the clicky tip or collapsible flame more!

In addition, due to feedback on being more single color printer friendly, we also tried our hand at a print-in-piece buildable rocket! Assembly video to come! I am absolutely OBSESSED with this pack and hope to continue to add a few multi-fidget options as we continue this journey!! Hope you love this as much as I do! 🛸👽🚀

This pack contains 7 unique base shapes and 13 caps. Raised variants are offered where able. The 2D files come in the standard 7mm, 3.5mm diameter and blank keychain configuration. The 3D files come in 3.5mm diameter keychains and blank. The build versions require super glue to assemble and an activator makes it pretty easy!

CLICKER INFORMATIONℹ️

Like most of my designs, this is a clicky design that requires a mechanical keyboard switch to make the clicky part. These models feature a universal base design which has been tested with many keyboard switches and 99% of them work! I have an up to date list of verified clickers with links you can find HERE. This design should be compatible with most MX style keyboard switches, however, the two metal contacts on the bottom of the switch must be clipped off flush (or folded over) to ensure the switch seats properly in the base (this is a destructive process).

3D PRINT SETTINGS⚙️

Layer Height: 0.2mm (recommended) External Perimeter: 0.33mm (recommended) Scale: 100% (Everything is modeled with tight tolerances and should not need to be resized) Orientation: Print the caps face down so you have a smooth surface for clicking! (recommended)

Note: I've found the best way to get the most crisp details on these clickers is to start with the smallest details first and work up from there. Here is the order I recommend after LOTS of trial and error:

• Small Detail (Dots, Aliens)
• Medium Detail (Accent Colors)
• Everything Else (Base Colors)

I've also found hitting the print with a heat gun right before the main body color starts printing will eliminate any little strings that can cause blemishes on the final design. (flat designs ONLY)

⚠️WARNING⚠️ - This pack requires very good bed adhesion to ensure the best possible results for your finished clicker. It is recommended to clean your bed with soap and water before printing or whatever your specific printer manufacturer recommends for a deep bed clean!
