Here's a lean but reinforced phone case I made for the Google Pixel 7A
This case case was designed to be printed with a stiff filament, be it PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, etc... The 1.85mm side thickness makes the case BEEFY enough to offer protection but LEAN enough to appreciate the compact form factor of the phone. Extra reinforcement on the corners adds protection from falls.
This also features my un-patented grip lip, a small edge around the back of the case that makes the phone easier to hold.
Print solid. The photographed models were printed using MatterHackers Quantum PLA and Tecsonar Tri-color PLA
This case also works great with my EZPZ Phone Stand!

My printer doesn't make the pattern. (Using Creality Print and K1)
The patterns are created by changing the 'bottom infill pattern' in your slicer. In Prusa Slicer, I used archimedean chords for the circle, and octogram spiral for the star shape
