This wild headdress was sculpted in VR using Gravity Sketch for the HTC Vive, then printed on the CR-10 (just barely fitting!).

Obviously support material is required for this one, and quite a lot. Someone suggested using Meshmixer supports instead, and nowadays Prusa Slicer organic supports may be the best option. If anyone pulls that off, let us know!
