Open your doors fearlessly with these EZPZ Doorstoppers! This 2 part design is mounted to the door or wall with a single screw (or adhesive), which is concealed by the TPU stopper that slides into place. The two parts also allow for the print to be oriented for maximum strength, both for the mounting point and the stopper, for a design made to last and withstand even the most aggressive door opening.

Download includes 5 sizes to best suit your door, from 25mm to 75mm. The pictured model is the 46mm version.

Printing Guidelines

• Stopper : Print using 95A TPU Filament or softer. Your slicers 0.2mm 'Strength' settings should work well

  • 5+ perimeters/shells
  • 4 bottom, 5 top solid layers
  • 25% grid or gyroid infill
  • Optionally, paint seams along the obscured surfaces for an extra clean finish

• Mount : Print using PLA, PETG, ASA or another solid filament

  • 5+ perimeters
  • 6 top/bottom solid layers
  • 25% infill (higher if your filament has layer adhesion issues)

Assembly

Designed for standard wood screws with a tapered head, up to 9mm diameter, up to 5mm shaft. For less permanent fixture, you can use 20mm(.78") VHB tape instead of a screw.

Use the appropriate length and position to ensure that the stopper hits your door before your door/handle hits the wall and screw the mounting plate into the wall with the dovetail facing upwards. Slide the TPU stopper in place. The 25mm stopper works well if you need to align it with the doorknob/handle itself. If you have a solid door, you might choose to install the stopper on the door instead of the wall.
