These Beady Hydration Trays feature a pleasant texture that can be bold or unassuming, depending on how you print it. Functionally it's equally versatile, with a deep dish designed to hold water and maintain moist soil for plants that demand such conditions, or simply to keep excess runoff from reaching your furniture. For 'self--watering' simply fill it with water, over the stands but below the rim, and place in your planter. For other plants that require some humidity but not necessarily damp soil, you can keep the water level below the stands.

3 sizes are included :

• 90 mm : for planter bases from 50 mm to 160 mm diameter
• 120 mm : for planter bases from 70 mm to 220 mm diameter
• 160 mm : for planter bases from 90 mm to 300 mm diameter
• Additionally, you can scale the models to suit other sizes

Printing Guidelines

With a well tuned printer, default settings will work fine and be water tight. If your print leaks water, you may have to increase the filament flow/extrusion multiplier, print at higher temperature, or adjust seam settings to avoid any gaps.

For a layered design as shown in the photos, swap filaments as follows :

• 90 mm version : swap at 5.34 mm and 10.67 mm
• 120 mm version : swap at 3.8 mm, 7.6 mm, 11.4 mm, and 15.2 mm
• 160 mm version : swap at 7.34mm and 14.67 mm
