Simple nozzle camera bracket that slides onto the belt retainer of the NG rail mount I have the ESP32CAM module mounted to the 4040 hotend cooler fan with the slide-in bracket in the files. This project is kind of a work in progress and overall a little project for fun, I'm working towards a cleaner install and a version for KlackEnder users (uses the same mounting point as this bracket)
uses the cheapo ESP32CAM devboards from AliExpress or amazon but with a 190mm extended ribbon camera.
I ran 5V to my toolhead for the RGB LED and split that off for the ESP32, the ribbon cable is thin enough that I kapton taped it flat to the camera bracket and the LED wiring has enough space to pull up through the shroud. Printed in PETG and it's a pretty good friction fit, I don't see any excessive vibration in the live feed, ngl these cameras are pretty tricky to dial in the right settings to get decent video, also still trying to figure out how to get a good feed into klipper to use as another camera through the UI, I will keep this thread updated with details and pictures as I work on it, for now it will be a little mess and a try at your own risk kinda thing
