Remixed this remix in order to fit my 40/41mm Zenni lenses (SKU 450014) as well as to make it fit over the recent Gear VR lens adapter mod.
Designed to fit over this thing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2837804 (based on v3.2).
Mirror the design horizontally and print for the right eye. I had to make a shim for the edges with a little bit of electrical tape for it to fit snugly, but this may vary based on your printer. Printed following the original guidelines of flat side down, with supports (for >46 degrees), and 2 shells.
Printed and tested, and it works well for me with my -6.00 prescription lenses.
Edit 8/21/19: user Mackshot says that this also works for the Vive Pro and HP Reverb!
