Small self-watering plant starter pot

This is a simple design of a small plant starter pot that allows you to fill a cavity in the bottom with water to keep the soil moist for over a week ensuring that your new seeds or seedlings never go dry.

This is an original design and not remixed but I've see similar pots out there from which I took inspiration. Apologies for not giving specific credit.

This print consists of 2 parts: the pot and the insert. I've printed several of these and they've all been water-tight, but (of course) print and use at your own risk. Here are my print settings:

(PrusaSlicer 2.3)
Layer Height: .2 mm
First Layer: .2 mm
Vertical shells--perimeter shells: 2 minimum
Horizontal shells--solid layers: 5 top, 4 bottom
Ensure Vertical Shell Thickness (selected)
Infill: 15% (DOESN'T MATTER as the shell settings and thickness should ensure 100% infill regardless)

Note that the sizes and relative positions of the stones have been modified for structural and aesthetic purposes.

Print with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.1mm layer height. The model pictured is printed with standard white PLA, but if you want more light, use clear or translucent filament.
The parts need to be hollow to allow light to shine up inside. One way to do this is to reduce your line wall count to 1 and set infill density at 0. 

For best light transmission, cut the bottom layer off.

A modular based hydroponic tree, fits 2inch netcups (or print them too). Sit the tree on a bucket with a lid, fill it with nutrient, pop a water pump into the bucket, feed the tube up the center and connect it to the spout at the top.

Printed best (and quickest) with a .8 nozzle, but can print with .4 (increases time).

Best printed in food grade material such as PETG (as PLA is somewhat water sensitive)

Bee Watering Board

Designed to be used with a regular mouth mason jar. Fill a mason jar, place the watering board on top of the mouth of the mason jar, then while holding the two together, flip them over and place on a level surface. The water will flow into the trench and be kept full by the mason jar. The trenches are shallow enough that the bees will not drown.

NOTE: Print in light-colored material to reduce heat collection and thus evaporation.

Table Lamp

Table Lamp. Print in any transparent material. Add some LEDs in the top Cone facing inwards for a great effect. You will need to print your own style shade. I used an upside down vase and looks great. just use a few drops of glue to hold it in place. Add your components or wiring in the base and also glus together.
