Wobbly vase with open and closed voronoi pattern.

Wobbly Voronoi Vase

Smaller voronoi lamp shade with a more curved design than my last and smaller.
~200mm wide x ~100mm tall, 30mm hole for lamp holder.
This one has slightly thinner strands and more holes.
Like the last one work well with translucent filaments, looks quite cool if you swap filaments a few time throughout the print too.
Print out of heat resistant filament (ABS,ASA etc.) or use low wattage LED bulbs so should it be safe with PLA/PETG, i.e. don't be stupid and burn your house down.
On a fast printer should print in around 10 hours @0.2, and is a bit more of a overhang retraction test than the thicker one and you need reasonable cooling to stop the edges curling up.

Small Curved Voronoi

Voronoi Lamp shade 280mm diameter 164mm high, 30mm hole for lamp holder.
Designed for my sons bedroom, where its printed in transparent blue filament.
Two designed one open hole that projects the pattern out, one holes filled with thin layer that defuses the light.
Its quite chunky voronoi so its pretty sturdy and prints easily.
Print out of heat resistant filament (ABS,ASA etc.) or use low wattage LED bulbs so should it be safe with PLA/PETG, i.e. don't be stupid and burn your house down.
Needs a 300mm bed to print comfortably.
~54 degree angle for overhang quite easy for most printers with decent cooling.
Looks good with transparent filament as well as opaque.
I Printed 0.2 but should work fine for fatter layer and/or a 0.8 nozzle.
I printed with 4 walls as it reduces print time as has less internal supports and more continuous moves.
For bed adhesion I advise external and internal brim ~5mm no other supports needed.
Do a temp tower to ensure you don't get too much stringing etc.

Voronoi style bird feeder for suet/fat balls.
Should hold 2-3 balls dependent on size, attached hat to body with string and hang.
Print as is with no supports, its a good overhang and retraction torture test.
The organic shape makes its easy for birds to hang on and feed.

Nest Cam Outdoors angled standoff mount/bracket.
The bracket gives and extra ~28mm stand off from the wall and the end angled (40%) allow it to see directly along the line of the wall.
I made this as the default magnet bracket on it own did not allow enough movement.
The screw holes go right through to allow the original magnet bracket to be mounted on top and long screws right through into the wall.

Adapted for a Titan extruder or clone.
I liked this mount for my stock extruder as it was really solid so made one for the titan, so its now mirrored to have the Titan on the left and the stepper on the right and holes adjusted.
I run this with a Hero Me setup but my mod of the Gantry adapter that put the hot end at the same distance as stock rather than -3mm of the Hero Me, my adapter also has extra air flow routes as I found the cooling was not great before.
Printed stepper motor plate flat to the bed with tree supports in Cura.  

CR-10 V2 Titan direct drive mount

Case for the CB2 Micro kit computer http://cb2.qrp.gr/ which is a cheap easy to build microcomputer which comes with games and a built in Basic editor, all running on an ATmega644.
New version with logo changed to match the silkscreen and two 5.8mm hole to mount RCA connector for audio and composite video. Also exposed the jumpers by the DB9 connector.
Case PCB to sidewall gap reduced to 1mm from 2mm for a snugger fit, and the clip pins tweaked for better fit too.
Added version 2 of the 1.6mm shell with snap fit clips, the PCB pins now just hold it in place.
Works well with Cura's dynamic quality at 0.2mm alsoin in PETG for durability.

Love the Orbiter extruder wanted a drag chain mount for my cables.
Add some M3 heat sets and use some longer M3x25mm SHC bolts through the motor.
Printed on the flat side with supports from the bed for the motor stand offs.
ABs or other heat resistant filament advised.
Added a few new versions with mostly solid stand off and a larger hole for bigger OD threaded heat sets inserts.
Added V6 with cutout for mounting Voron Afterburner. 

Orbiter LDO Motor Drag Chain Mount (10.x11)

Simple mount for a 40mm x 40mm laser module for a 3018 CNC machine.
It slots into the gap where the bolt tightens the clamp around the spindle.
Has several holes to allow you to vary the height as needed.  
Print upright with support for the mounting holes but non needed for side vents.
Printed with 4 top and bottom and 4 walls, 25% infill but not much of that.
Fusion 360 file added if you want to modify it.

Small and simple CNC 3018 end stop mounts for cheap Amazon end stop set:

The printed part push on top the top of the axis support.
Has cut outs for the component legs so you don't have to trim too much to fit flush.
Two alignment lugs help hold it in place, use a bit of double sided tape to hold the PCB down or some small screws into the lugs if you wish.
Part available in two orientations dependent on where you want to route your cables.
  
The slimness of the parts allows it to sit on the Y axis support and the bed to clear the top.

CNC 3018 X & Y endstop mini pcb

Side support for Canadian canoe on car roof bars much like the Thule ones you can buy.
These slide into the T slot in the bars and clamp down with a M6 25mm socket cap bolt with the nut heat set into the base.
It has slots either side for the straps to go through and loop under the bar to firmly hold in place ensuring no side to side movement.
I printed these in a printed chamber on its side with supports in ABS and they are rock solid once clamped in place. 
There isn't much force placed on these by the canoe as they just retain the straps and stop side movement, but please ensure you print is strong and your canoe is safely strapped on, use at your own risk.

The base is shaped to for Vauxhall/Opel aero style bars but would be fairly easy to modify for any other bar profile with a T slot.

Print two per bar one either side adjust to the width of your canoe and clamp in place.

A 7mm endoscope mount to use the HeroMe BLTouch mounts, as I still use the default cr-10 V2 mount. 
A few variants, I found the variant (V8) which is set back 4.5mm to look round the ducts works well for me but it depends on what you have fitted on your Hero me.
The picture is off a cheap 640x480 7mm endoscope have a better one on order.

Been doing some long ABS prints with 110C bed temp the PETG mount went a bit wobbly :-) so ABS would be advisable if you print higher temps than PLA. 


Herome BLTouch 7mm endoscope mount

I noticed a reduction in cooling of the V6 clone heatsink on the CR10-V2 compared to the stock cooling.
So I added some vents into the adapter plate to allow the air to escape, makes a slight improvement.
I also added ~3.02mm to the the thickness to bring the nozzle back into the same alignment as the original this allows you to use standard direct drive brackets designed for the CR10-V2 without the need for redesign of the direct drive mount. 
The final change is I added captive nuts for mounting to the back plate so it makes it MUCH easier to fit this way round with bolts going in from the back like the stock enclosure.
Added bonus the original BLTouch mount on the right hand side fits behind front mounted 4020s. 
I used the original as a template and knocked it up in Fusion 360, probably can be improve but its better than the stock part for me at least.

Added the Fusion 360 f3d files if you want to modify yourself.

I added the vests against the backplate as I assumed that is where the most pressure would be but may be better at the front of the adapter

Hero Me Gen5 CR10-V2 Gantry Adapter - better air flow+alignment+fit

Quick and dirty mount to fit a Omron TL-Q5MC2 probe (or similar square clone like Vorons use) onto the BL-Touch mount point on a CR10-V2.
Requires you to have a spring steel flex plate to work well but more reliable than the BL-Touch.
Works well while I wait for my Voron parts :-)
If you going to be printing hot or enclosed then print it in ABS to stop the droop above 50C :-)
