One of our favorite parts of Thangs is sharing the excitement as designers in our community grow.

One of our favorite parts of Thangs is sharing the excitement as designers in our community grow. Whether it’s by challenging themselves creatively, exploring new business ideas, or expanding their memberships, we’re excited to support and cheer on Thangs designers’ success. As 2025 draws to a close, we wanted to highlight a few of the designers who made waves in the Thangs community this year, with head turning models and explosive growth.

Simiu

Simona, the creative mind behind Simiu’s hypnotic designs, is a mechanical engineer who always dreamed of being a home decor designer. 3D printing brought that dream within reach and we can’t get enough of her functional and aesthetic designs, including vases, planters, organizers, and lamps.

Tactical Kaoz

Luis, the artist behind Tactical Kaoz and co-creator of Kaoz Studios has been deep in the world of 3D printing and design since 2019. He designs unique models with personality and purpose, from flexy critters and wacky figurines, to containers, fidgets, wall art, and even poseable props, his designs are eye-catching, highly printable, and sure to inspire a smile.

Filamented Shop

Bringing together car culture and 3D printing, Miguel of Filamentedshop creates minimalist desk tools, watch stands, organizers inspired by rides of all kinds — from classic Chevys, to street and track racers, to American muscle cars.

3d_factorybox

Alexander of 3d_factorybox creates highly detailed, intensely imagined accessories for gamers of all kinds. We especially love these tiger warrior controller stands, which adds a touch of adventure to any gaming quest.

Meliora3d

From flexi animals to mini figurines, to highlight detailed interactive toys and games, we’re enchanted by the world created by Meliora3d. Mini-menageries and this magical vending machine highlight how 3D printing can spark creativity and delight.

CL3D PRINTING

We love the fun that CL3D PRINTING adds to functionality in their models. From can koozies to headphone hangers, their designs infuse a touch of whimsy and a lot of attention to detail into practical, everyday objects.

Enique3d

Colin is an incredibly prolific, passionate, and high-quality designer and it shows in his designs for Enique3d. With over 400 models since launching a year ago, you’ll find seasonal designs and evergreen creations, like this easter egg dragon we were absolutely charmed by.

Logicalplanet

Logicalplanet’s designs bring together creativity and function, which make life easier, more organized, and a lot more fun. Every model Paul creates is crafted with purpose — whether it’s a clever tool, a satisfying puzzle, or a unique everyday solution — and all are designed to print well and deliver something useful and inspiring.

3DPmom

Bringing creativity into the everyday, Erin is a mom of three who has been 3D printing since 2017. With her designs for 3DPmom, she’s always experimenting and embracing the challenge of making ideas com to life with fun, playful, and surprising designs including fidgets, toys, games, and gifts.

Soarpix

Soarpix has absolutely soared this year with their beautifully designed, easy to assemble cartoon style models of classic and beloved cars with moving wheels. We also love their functional prints and auto-inspired key chains.

We’re so grateful for all the creators who share their work on Thangs and can’t wait to see what you’ll create next year! Thanks for making us part of your creative journey.
