Filament-Cutter-Base-Module V4 (New Variations)

This model is a slight variation of my previous Filament-Cutter Base Module V4, which I left in this publication for reference. The new models utilize a genuine Bambu Lab Cutter blade, which nowadays is easy to source and easier to replace (see pictures). The second variation uses a couple of neodymium magnets instead of a mechanical spring. For that you'll need two cylindrical magnets (N35 or better), one 5x10 mm for the Punch and the other 5x5 mm for the Base. Alternatively, the base will also work with two 5x3 mm magnets.

The two new variants also have some cut-outs that make it easier to remove dirt (debris), but also provide a good insight into its mechanical function.

Please keep in mind: Since this is a Base-Module only, it needs to be integrated into your printer / toolhead using CAD.

A video of the (previous) model in operation is linked down below.
