I noticed the footrest of the recliner on my couch wasn't going all the way in anymore. Found this bracket was broken. This locks the footrest against the power moved arm piece (wow this is difficult to describe) and lets your footrest retract all the way again. Very easy to break if you try to lower the footrest and you have something in the way of it closing all the time.... like a lazy cat.
