These are the large tiles I used for the top surface of my Auxetic Table prototype (relevant Video). The tiles tile in any configuration, so you can just print a few of each and place them how you like.

These two color parts can be printed with a multi-material machine or by using multipass multicolor printing for single extruder machines.

Make sure you have a nice clean build plate, print solid, and you should be good!
