This is made for the Lakso 18″ Remote Control Cyclone Pedestal Fan Model 1843, however it may work with other models. I suspect it works with any 18" oscillating model.

I think this is best printed with the long shaft to the print bed so that the clean top side is reserved for the surfaces in contact with the nylon arm that connects to the pedestal body. Printing with the shaft facing up will likely require less support material, but the mating surface quality will likely suffer.

You'll need to print this with a more durable filament, such as PETG, Nylon, or ABS since it is under a decent amount of stress.
