Synopsis

The Anker Soundcore Space NC headphones are pretty good. I have had them for a few years. However, the plastic connectors to from the headset to the ear phones are thin and flimsy. Mine broke after a year or so. Since the headphones worked great and there was nothing wrong with the electronics, I designed replacement earpiece holders.

Disassembly / Reassembly

Disassembly of the headphones takes a bit of patience, however I found the best method is to open one headphone enclosure, de-solder the wire that is connected to the PCB and disassemble the headset as you pull out the wire. Reassembly is the same process, just backwards.

Conclusion

I am more than happy with the 3D printed replacements. The functionality is not impeded and the headphones still fold as before. I hope this helps some headphones from being prematurely thrown into a landfill.
