Now compatible with the Ender 3 V2

This is a remix of my Side Mounted Spool Holder which prints faster and is easier to assemble.

I have uploaded 2 variations they both effectively do the same job, one uses slightly less plastic.

I have slightly changed the mounting angle for ease of assembly and printing but the spool position is exactly the same as the previous version.

You will need 3 x M5 x 12-16 mm Bolts + Nuts to attach the stock Ender 3 spool holder to the thing. You will also need 2 - 4 M4 x 10 mm Bolts + T nuts to fix into the side 2020 extrusion.

Printed with Amazon Basics Orange PETG, 235C, 70C Bed,.05 resolution, 40mms, 30% infill and 2 perimeters with a 0.8 nozzle. For a 0.4 nozzle increase the perimeters to 3 and print @ 0.2.5 - 0.3 mm layer height.

Update:17\08\20 Uploaded new versions with all M5 holes and increased clearance of existing holes. Included versions for the Ender 3 V2 which is 6mm higher.
