Overview The AXIS Corner Clamp is a rigid assembly aid designed to hold panels at a precise 90-degrees during glue-up or fastening.

Building on the popularity of the larger 850 model (https://than.gs/m/1524701), I set out to make a smaller version that still does the job well but allows most users to print two of these simultaneously.

The geometry allows the clamp to be used on either the inside or outside of a corner joint, making it flexible for assembling cabinets, drawers, boxes, or other sheet-goods projects.

Compatible with standard F-style and bar clamps, the design provides multiple clamp locations for flexible positioning during assembly.

This tool is part of the AXIS system, a collection of shop tools developed under the Engineered Modern philosophy — where utility, structure, and manufacturing method inform the final form.

The lightweight lattice geometry reflects that approach: material is placed where it contributes to stiffness while eliminating unnecessary mass, resulting in a strong yet efficient printed tool.
