You will need to print 2 copies, one of the copies needs to be mirrored.

Part in photos/video was printed in PLA with 6 walls 35%infill 0.28 layer height no supports. PETG probably a better option.

To replace the hinges: 1: undo the 2 screws from both original hinges.

2: Remove the original hinges from the door.

3: Using the new hinges, fit the hinge onto the pin of the door that was used for the original hinges.

4: The new part will need to be slightly forced onto the pin as the new hinge makes contact with the door. This is expected and stops the hinge falling off when screwing the new door on.

5: Using the original screws, place one screw in each top hole loosely so that the hinge can be adjusted and a screw can then be placed in the bottom hole. Once all 4 screws are in they can be hand tightened. They do not require much torque.
